【会员动态】注意!非邻苯类塑化剂的风险逐渐显现!

近日,欧洲食品安全局(EFSA)发布了《对拟与食品接触的材料及制品中可能用作塑化剂的邻苯二甲酸酯、结构类似物和替代物质进行风险评估的识别和优先排序》和《作为拟与食品接触的材料及制品中可能用作塑化剂的邻苯二甲酸酯、结构类似物和替代物质风险评估的暴露评估程序》两份文件的最终版本。文件中不仅列出了待评估的塑化剂清单和评估计划。同时,根据欧盟委员会对相关利益方的调查及成员国的监控结果,清单中的非邻苯类塑化剂已很大程度取代了先前常用的5种邻苯类塑化剂(DBP、BBP、DEHP、DINP和DIDP),其不仅在塑料中广泛应用,在橡胶中也有诸多涉及。
邻苯类塑化剂因其分子结构类似荷尔蒙,可能会引起生殖系统异常、甚至造成畸胎、癌症等危害,受到全球的管控和限制。非邻苯类塑化剂作为邻苯类塑化剂的替代品,被广泛应用到塑料生产加工过程中。与邻苯类塑化剂对比,非邻苯类塑化剂的毒性较低,其安全性、可加工性、稳定性,可满足欧盟REACH法规、美国CPSIA等法规对塑化剂制品的安全、环保要求。
非邻苯类塑化剂可分为生物源类塑化剂和传统化学类塑化剂两类,其中化学类塑化剂在塑料制品的生产和加工领域使用更为广泛。
常见的非邻苯类塑化剂:环氧大豆油(ESBO)、己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHA)、癸二酸二正丁酯(DBS)、2-(乙烯基氧)-1,2,3-丙三羧酸三丁基酯(ATBC)、1,4-苯二羧酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DOTP)等。
电线、电缆护套料、人造革、食品包装膜、儿童玩具、食品饮料包装袋、瓶盖内圈等。

由上表可知,因非邻苯类塑化剂被通报最多的案例为食用保鲜膜中己二酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHA)的迁移量超标。
保鲜膜因生产工艺需要,在制作过程中会大量加入塑化剂。而DEHA是一种授权使用的塑化剂,常作为邻苯类塑化剂替代物添加在合成树脂材料中,以增加产品的柔韧性及弹性。
